Emerald: Acro at Movement Evolution is a dynamic acro class that blends athleticism and acrobatics to enhance every dancer’s abilities. Led by certified instructors, the program focuses on five core factors: strength, flexibility, balance, tumbling, and limbering, ensuring a well-rounded foundation. This class introduces essential acro skills designed to build confidence and technique. These skills seamlessly integrate into and elevate all dance styles offered at our studio.
